Speaker and Author

Jens Schadendorf regularly lectures on the economic and ethical benefits of diversity, on corporate responsibility and LGBT+ inclusion, and on economic, cultural and social change.

He often also reads from his own books on these topics and is a panel guest and moderator.

His current German book GaYme Changer: How a Dynamic Minority is Changing the Global Economy, published by Redline, and launched at the Frankfurt Book Fair in autumn 2019, has so far been the subject of more than 15 readings, lectures and panel discussions (as of early March 2020).

Hosts have included Allianz Global Investors, Hogan Lovells (twice, including in Moscow), SAP, Commerzbank, Latham & Watkins/Deutsche Bank, Siemens, law firm Graf von Westphalen, Deutsche Bahn/Queer Staff Network Berlin, Prout at Work Foundation/Bosch, and East meets West (sponsored by the German Embassy in Vienna).

Further events or appearances are in preparation, including at NATO headquarters in Brussels and at the University of the German Federal Armed Forces in Munich.

“Social developments and new role models, corporate responsibility and the economic benefits of LGBT+ diversity and inclusion – all in one. 'GaYme Changer' is a must-read!”

Prof. Dr. Christoph Lütge, Chair of Business Ethics, Technical University of Munich
